Neerja is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience, passionate about caring for individuals and families at every stage of life. She believes exceptional care begins with trust, open communication, and truly listening to each patient. Neerja focuses on preventive care and patient education, helping patients achieve long-term wellness through realistic, sustainable lifestyle choices, and offers both in-person and telehealth visits for convenience and accessibility.

She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from St. John Fisher College and brings a strong clinical background in medical-surgical and long-term care. This experience allows her to manage a wide range of conditions—from chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension to acute illnesses—with a thoughtful, individualized approach. Neerja is dedicated to building meaningful relationships so her patients feel supported, heard, and confident in their care.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her parents, staying active outdoors, volunteering, and walking her dogs
