Tessa Fotoohi is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of experience in both family and urgent care medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University in Henderson, Nevada.

Tessa is passionate about helping patients achieve their healthcare goals through a personalized and compassionate approach. She believes that understanding each patient’s life, family, and values is essential to delivering meaningful care. By prioritizing active listening, building trust, and engaging in shared decision-making, she combines evidence-based medicine with individualized treatment plans to promote prevention and long-term wellness.

In addition to providing in-office care, Tessa is committed to advancing medicine through clinical research. Since 2024, she has served as a sub-investigator on more than a dozen clinical trials, bringing innovative and cutting-edge treatment opportunities to her patients and the community.

Outside of work, Tessa enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She takes great joy in supporting her children’s individual interests, whether in athletics or the arts. Tessa also enjoys traveling, reading and cycling.
